【Plot Overview】Roofman (2025) is directed by Derek Cianfrance and stars Channing Tatum as Jeffrey Manchester, a former Army Ranger turned unlikely criminal. Based on a real story, Manchester robs McDonald’s locations by cutting holes in their roofs, earning his nickname. After escaping prison, he hides out inside a Toys “R” Us, where he builds a double life and even falls for a divorced mom played by Kirsten Dunst. The film blends crime, heart, and a hint of absurdity — a portrait of a man trying to survive with dignity, despite his mistakes.
